Dashboard Overview

The FluentBooking Dashboard is the first screen you land on after activating the plugin. It gives you a quick summary of booking activity, recent meetings, and how your calendar is performing over time.

To open it, log in to WordPress as an administrator and go to Fluent Booking → Dashboard from the left admin menu.

The page opens with a personalized greeting, followed by four main sections, Overview, Booking Trends, Next Meetings, and Latest Booked Meetings plus a built-in Dark Mode toggle. Each section is covered below.

Overview

The Overview section is the row of four stat tiles at the top of the dashboard. Each tile shows a running total and a change percentage compared to the previous period.

• Date Range (top right): Pick the period you want every tile and chart to reflect. The default is the last 30 days.
• Total Bookings: Every booking created in the selected period, regardless of status.
• Completed Bookings: Bookings whose meeting time has already passed without being canceled.
• Total Payment: Revenue collected from paid bookings in the selected period.
• Total Guests: Unique guests who have booked with you across all time (not filtered by the date range).

Booking Trends

The Booking Trends chart shows how your bookings have changed over time. It includes three categories:

• Booked: Bookings that were made
• Completed: Bookings that were completed
• Canceled: Bookings that were canceled

Use this chart to get a quick view of your booking activity and see when bookings increase or decrease.

The date range selector in the top-right corner of the dashboard controls the Booking Trends chart as well as the Overview tiles.

Next Meetings

Next Meetings lists your upcoming bookings grouped into Today, Tomorrow, and Later, so you can see what's coming up without opening the full Bookings list. Each entry shows:

• The meeting date and time, in your timezone
• The event type
• The guest and host names
• A view link to open the full booking details

Use this panel as a quick "what's next?" check without leaving the dashboard.

Latest Booked Meetings

Latest Booked Meetings is a chronological list of the most recent bookings, newest first. Each row shows the guest name and when the booking was made, along with a view link to open the full booking details.

Dark Mode

The dashboard ships with a built-in Dark Mode for comfortable use in low-light conditions.

To toggle it, click the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner of the FluentBooking admin bar. The preference is saved per user—your hosts can each pick the theme they prefer.
